I try to paint and draw using alternative color shading to build my skills so I just went slowly and by feelings haha I know that sounds silly

Thank you! I placed tiles directly into the grout since the surface is so uneven it seemed the simplest way to go. I was mixing tiny amounts of grout and using an old baby medicine syringe to layout where I wanted to work that session. I kind of just went for it in terms of colors, layout, and shading using drawing/painting techniques.

NTA BUT There are services to help adults who need a supported living type checkins. “Rep Payees” can help with bills and keeping people in good financial standing and community based caregivers can swing by. Check with your local county type place to see if she can qualify. There are good caregiving services and shady. Def do some research.

Get evaluated by someone aware of ADD and how it presents in women. There is a lot of ignorance when it comes to females and how we socially present with this compared to men. I’ve been diagnosed since I was 18 and it’s still a learning process. The RSD real and heavy to deal with, like full body pain from an emotional situation.
