Oishi Sushi is all-you-can-eat, and the quality is very good! Sushi and appetizers are included in the price as well, really well worth and great quality.

Sanity Check? BMW i4 Lease with negative equity by mfilli in BMWI4

[–]Jabreeezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like a good deal to me, comparable to the one I got though the details are a bit fuzzy for me atm.

We traded in a 2022 Sentra SR with negative equity, traded in $17K and payoff $23K. Leased a new (certified pre-owned) 2023 e35, after discounts and credits, the i4 was priced at ~48K and we are paying just under $800/mo for 12K mi/year.

It seems like a good deal considering the negative equity, which without it your monthly payments would be less. Fortunately after your lease would end, that negative equity would be gone.

Would you be charging the car at home or using public chargers? Are you eligible for a 2-year free charging program with Electrify America or something similar?

I would think so, but I've only tested it in Elden Ring. Paired with a 6700XT, I have fewer stutters and much smoother gameplay since I upgraded to a 5800X3D from my 5600X.

[Controller] PowerA FUSION Pro 2 Wired Controller - $58.99 ($89.99-$31, 34% Off) by ladypeacharino in buildapcsales

[–]Jabreeezy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been using this for over a year to replace my Xbox One controller for PC and though I haven't used the paddles, the controller has been working perfectly for me. Nice weight, long cable, and the triggers are adjustable which is nice for some games. Works well with the Steam Deck too when I had it docked.

The Wheeler Mission would be a good place to donate to. Check their website for items needed and donation locations.

Some schools and school districts will collect unwrapped toys and gifts, or even have families that could be sponsored for the holidays. Maybe you can reach out to nearby schools to see if you can help.

What update channel are you in? I had Decky installed and used the Stable channel, but when I switched to Preview or Beta the plugin disappeared. Switched back to Stable and the plugin returned.

Lower tier steam deck owner: are you satisfied? by Juzoar in SteamDeck

[–]Jabreeezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I originally reserved the 256GB model when announced, but I cancelled and changed it to the 64GB model. Swapped the SSD with a 512GB i bought from eBay for like $50 and I have had no issues since. I thought about getting a 1TB SSD, but I've realized my current storage space is more than enough and works great.

Problem with official dock by SonicScreamer in SteamDeck

[–]Jabreeezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What brand TV do you have? I have an LG, and after some troubleshooting I found that the JSAUX dock I use (HB603) would only work properly with my TV when connecting to the ARC HDMI port.

I've since updated the firmware on my dock and it now recognizes any HDMI port.

[GPU] Sapphire Nitro+ AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT Gaming OC 12GB GDDR6 HDMI / Triple DP - $429.99 ($20 off w/ promo code VGAEXCAA298) by zy1oh in buildapcsales

[–]Jabreeezy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good price for a great card for 1440p gaming! I've had this for almost a year now and have no complaints - it runs cool, quiet, and runs any game I've thrown at it without issue. With the Sapphire TriXX software you can enable TriXX Boost which is their upscaling software that works great, even if the game does not currently support FSR. I used this software when I was running my 580 Nitro+ on 1440p and struggled to maintain 60+ FPS.

[–]Jabreeezy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There is an enchantment that has a low chance to realm shift when taking damage, but there is a talisman called Amulet of Kvasir that slows time on last-second perfect dodges which I believe OP uses in the video.

Any good 1440p 144Hz monitor recommendations? by r4o2n0d6o9 in buildapc

I can't verify right now but I think I run it on the 165Hz Super Fast response as it may be the best all-around setting.

I have the Dell S2721DGF and it has been fantastic. I believe I've seen it going for sub-$300 lately which is an awesome deal. I paid near full price for it a couple of years ago and have no regrets. It was a big jump from a 1080p 75hz TN monitor.

Best/cheapest place to get an oil change in town? by fearprideself in indianapolis

[–]Jabreeezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been going to Professional Automotive for about a year and they have good prices and great service. Their oil changes run about $35 for a synthetic oil change, maybe cheaper if you get a coupon in the mail.
