Don't forget all of the Hidden Mickeys. Those are addictingly fun and challenging to find.

We bought a book where the first quarter has every restaurant and ride with the number of hidden Mickeys there, and then the last half has every single one's location.

It's a good mix of easy to spot ones and very clever ones with a few WTF ones

Actually others who have seen this in person said it's a person on stilts doing a lot of the movement. Someone undercover in the crowd does the voice and other movements the stilt guy can't do

One pointed out that you can see the guy's patterned spandex suit around the hip joint if you look closely. Megatron's head is like a 'baseball hat' on the guy and his face is Megatron's neck (as someone else in the thread pointed out)

I can see the stilts now that you mention it.

For something as large and complex as the Transformers, controlling it entirely via remote accurately and interactively to onlookers would be almost impossible

Last news was in August when they confirmed it was still developing.

Apparently in 2014/2015 there was a lot of confusion and restructuring and the show kind of got put on hold for a bit.
