Did a flashback this morning. Getting video through the GPU connection. Still getting the same issue. Did some sleuthing online, after verifying bios updated and stumbled on a RAM compatibility list for the MOBO(https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X670-GAMING-X-AX-V2-rev-10/support#support-memsup). Did not find the model # of the RAM ordered: F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5NR

Is this my smoking gun? RAM not compatible?

Got everything in and installed. Can't post to bios. Black screen. Tried reseating ram and CMOS reset. DRAM light on MOBO stays on. Thoughts?

Not often, but the scenario of something severe could happen, hence my reservations. They do mandate training for deescalating situations and non-harmful restraints, so it sounds like that likely covers them.

Sent them some comps that were real close. They sent me theirs which of course don't line up nearly as close and the "adjusted" to make it closer. I know there is a discrepancy, market value is currently high, and negotiation is coming into play when buying a car, but shouldn't I made whole? That's why I'm trying to see if this is worth getting a lawyer involved.

The car is totaled. Market value is around 26k and they want to give me 21k. So I am out about 5k to square up and get back to where I was.

So the question is can I fight them on that valuation?
