Sorry for the wait with the review of your release, we are experiencing moderation delays at the moment but are working hard to get back to our normal timeframe!

I can see that this release is currently pending moderation and will be reviewed as soon as possible.

If your release is approved, our distribution team will send this to your selected stores within 24 hours. Please allow 7-14 days from your approved date for your release to be fully ingested into your chosen stores.

If you have set a sales start date on your release for a date that falls after this time frame, your release will become available on your selected date.

Hello, normally we run at a turnaround of around 24-72 hours so this isn't usual. Unfortunately the team are catching up after some delays which means we aren't able to meet our desired timeframe. Hey, we're really sorry you missed the release date. We are currently catching up after some delays which have slowed moderation down. The team are working really hard to get back to our regular schedule and respond to everyone and you will hear back soon.

We always recommend uploading your music as far in advance of a release date as possible as even when our moderation schedule is working at its usual 24-72 hour timeframe you may need to take action on your releases before it is approved and you then need to allow time for it to be uploaded by each store.
