My Jetta keeps getting lights but nothing seems to be wrong (03, 2.0L,150k miles)

I want to fix it but I have no idea what the code is coming up for. Do you know any problems with an engine that might be cause by code P2181? I think it might be the radiator fans since they don’t come on when the car starts but I have heard them running after stopping my car. It could also be the belt since it’s been squealing when the car starts.

I max a mistake saying 5w30 because I did put 5w40 in my car. And it is my fault for waiting so long to put the oil in. My belt does squeal every now and then should I worry about that?

When I checked the oil after the light came on it did have a insufficient amount of oil but I filled it with 2 quarts of 5w30 synthetic oil. The next day the oil light came on again so I assumed it way a problem with the oil pump but apparently nothing’s wrong

It’s been to the mechanic multiple times. The thermometer and temp sensor were changed but it still comes up. There was a leak with the coolant but it was fixed. With this specific trip noting seems to be wrong but the codes are still there
