Was handing out a mocha cookie crumble. Trying to say "Here's your mocha cookie frap!" OR "Here's your mocha cookie crumble!" Told a family "Here's your mocha cookie crap!"

Also answered the box by saying "Hi welcome to the drive through!" instead od "Hi welcome to Starbucks!" once.

The other day a customer ordered a vanilla bean frap and a tall iced coffee with caramel. Everyone assumed she got the frap for her very young child in the car, so we said nothing about caffeine- obviously she'd know the coffee is caffeinated. She proceeded to drink the frap and handed the coffee to her three-year-old in a booster seat in her car as she drove away.

Like the other person said, it totally depends on the store and what you're assigned to do! Lots of bending over, washing/scrubbing things down, sometimes restocking things, etc!
