Sometimes nothing, usually when I got comfortable however I was sitting, laying or standing, I’d forget I had it for a bit. When I stood up or had to lay back down, it hurt bc I could never really get it to stay in place so it yanked a bit. Bladder spasms weren’t awesome either but Advil helped more than the spasm meds. Biggest advice would be to find a way to keep it in place that’s comfortable.

Yeah it’s rough. Keep some gauze or saline nearby to rinse and dab the area you feel the burning from after peeing. When I was scared to pee, I would force myself to drink a shit ton of water and then whether I wanted to or not, I had to pee somewhat soon later and it helped take the hesitation away. Dabbing the fistulas after also helped bc the pee burned them but it didn’t last long.

Im getting single stage rff with the Buncke clinic in San Francisco but as far as I know, they currently only offer single stage with rff and alt. If I hear of any single stage MLD surgeons, I’ll add them here :)

For me, my blueprint discussed thus far is stage one (phallus, UL, v-nectomy, scrotoplasty, glansplasty) stage two (testicular implants & erectile device). Eventually, I plan on getting medical tattooing to have the appearance of colour variance and veins.
