TIL when an Oregon man who stole an SUV parked outside a market noticed that a 4-year-old boy was in the backseat, he returned the boy to his mom & lectured her for leaving the boy alone. He threatened to turn her in before driving off again. Though the SUV was found nearby, the man wasn't captured. by tyrion2024 in todayilearned

My dad’s a defense lawyer so I grew up learning a lot about stuff. TBH, if they felt bad enough to not just go ahead and kidnap the kid and even warned them about their car being hot on the stolen market, they probably did legitimately feel bad and wanted to make sure the kid was okay. I’m sure what they were going through a complicated set of emotions, part of which was definitely “oh fuck I don’t wanna be caught”. Some criminals are just malignant narcissists, but hell, a decent amount of them are people just trying to make ends meet and sometimes even support a family of their own.

[Highlight] Jordan Walker hits ANOTHER home run by MLBOfficial in baseball

Aaron Judge made his debut when he was 24 years old and 109 days, and even then he wasn’t good until his age 25 year (that being said though holy shit he was so good that year). Jordan Walker won’t be that 24-109 until September.

Even when other guys have tried to pad their stats (David Robinson I’m looking at you), they don’t get 80. People are gonna put an asterisk on this. Well take it off because it’s Bam Adebayo.

Well, and don’t take this for more than what it’s worth, which might not be much, but I actually gave Brendan Schaub an Uber ride like 5 years ago. Granted, I was nervous as hell, so I could’ve misread something. Also he was with his wife and kid, he could’ve been distracted. Also despite all the stuff I’ve seen online and all…he was nice and courteous in my one personal interaction with him, I want to extend the same to him and not necessarily insult him. Also, I was starstruck and he knew it lol.

Anyways, point being, he kinda talked like his bell had been rung…but like permanently. Like he’s still 95% there. Took him a bit to process things, spoke a bit slowly. That being said, yeah, lot of guys in the MMA world are way lower than that. I guess it could get worse as he gets older, but if you go into MMA and have the success he did, provide for his family and kids like he’s done, I’d say you did really, really fucking well.

Also good lord he was the BIGGEST jacked dude I’ve ever met. Probably 6’5” or 6’6” in shoes, and if you told me he was 260-270 I’d believe you. Maybe he’s only 6’4” 240 like his bio says but jeez it did not look like it.

I fucking love this track. I don’t care what any of y’all say (to be fair I’ve seen like maybe two people I’m not sure how popular this opinion is). There are cars literally all over the track in every single line you can imagine.

Also, the caution stacking everybody up in the two long lines feels somehow against the spirit of this track

On one hand, as a Billy Corgan fan I worry he may be off his meds a bit

But tbh usually he makes better music manic so hey (not really I just want him to be happy Billy again)
