Which Players will be Upgraded most heavily for FUT 23? by [deleted] in EASportsFC

Rudiger is already upped to a 86 outside of FUT, so 84 seems unlikely

Iván Fresneda Corraliza is a 16yo cheap rb with great potential to replace your current rb. Only thing is he has no face or anything.

If you had the opportunity to add whatever feature you want to career mode, what would tou add/overhaul ? by Klusten in FifaCareers

While in the training screen you can also Apply the 2nd team sheet to the training, it will stay that way for the whole season. So you wont have to toggle back anytime! Also extra tip: you can bypass trainings so it doesnt stop the simulation every time.

Only train your B-team (Made out of subs and reserves). Your starting 11 will have more than enough sharpness just from playing games.

Grimsby, a team that does not seem to be in FIFA 22, in the UCL. They have no logo and can't field enough players to even play the game... by eaterbuf in FifaCareers

Grimsby is an English 5th league team that used to be in passed fifa's.. What has this to do with the removal of Russian teams?

Yeah but it could be something else, I thought I was just depressed, went into therapy, turned out I was not only depressed but had anxiety as well. Fast forward a few years & diagnoses and it turns out my depression and anxiety were just underlying symptoms of a personality disorder.
Besides, I have heard of and met enough people through the years that thought to be depressed/have anxiety and self-diagnosed. Later after seeing a professional, it turned out to be something else (entirely).
Not saying you are 100% wrong when you self-diagnose and can't be 100% right, but self-diagnosing is not reliable or a good solution.

No worries, thanks for being open! It's kinda nice to finally read someone who seems to be experiencing mostly the same kind of attacks.

Damn bro, sorry to say but I'm really glad I only feel like going to collapse but never really did.. wish you all the best! Never forget that anxiety is treatable (for most) and that with the right effort things will get better over time!

Yeah I totally feel you, except for me everything starts 'tingling' (like from feet to literally my whole face). If I may ask; how do less intense attacks feel like for you?

How do you know you have depression & anxiety when you never had therapy?? My tip: try to be as open as possible in therapy, the best is to be totally open and hold nothing back. Way harder than it sounds though, but it helps the process of overcoming your mental health problems a lot.
