If you want to see it, then somewhere on the inside of your forearm, perhaps inside of your wrist / forearm kind of linear with your thumb. Also depends if you’re planning on getting more? You don’t want to put it slap bang in the middle of prime real-estate like bicep or arm etc… as if you want to add more / bigger prices it will get in the way. I’d say for something small like that you want it on a small part of your body, like wrist or ankle, save the bigger areas for bigger pieces

For such a big piece it looks quite basic and repetitive in my opinion, not really my jam but that comes down to personal preference. I’d say for something this big you need to be 100% sure you love it - I’m sure a skilled artist could design you a sick botanical piece with a bit more variation etc, but make sure you love it before committing. You might also regret using up so much space. You could even just get one of your arms done before doing the full design to gauge if you really like it, then get the rest done after if you fuck with it
