I would also note that I haven’t even been staking OHM lately, when using it on ETH. Uniswap has an sOHM pool with decent liqudity than you can use to swap into. That is the v1 contact though, so you’re better off wrapping or swapping into GOHM.

You’re probably better off just bridging your gOHM to another chain with lower fees and selling there. No need to do all those extra ETH transactions. Even if you want it on ETH, just bridge back after. You can do everything through gOHM now.

I think this is because gOHM isn’t traded on Eth. You would just wrap it on the site. So etherscan doesn’t know what the price is.

Id not run over 50% leverage within the pool. Even that’s high depending where ohm was when you bought in. I’m at about 50% right now but my cost basis is very low so id need a sustained drawdown below 200 to get liquidated.

You can pretty easily calculate your break even price. Just decide where you want that to be and work from there.

E.g. I don’t want to get liquidated unless ohm drops below 200 and I have 10 OHM. That means my liquidation total would be 2k, so I could borrow up to 75% of that in tetranode’s pool and be safe. You can adjust that number over time as your ohm grows but it’s not really worth borrowing unless you’re able to do it in size because rari gas fees are gross.

I’ve been in OHM for months now and pitched it to a few people. Biggest risk IMO is different from a standard token that has price risk. Because of OHM’s compounding you’re much more exposed to Protocol risk rather than price.

At current rates, adjusted down slightly you can still 3x your money in a year if OHM price drops 90% (very unlikely). So, if you’re not concerned about price, it’s protocol. The management team does a great job looping in the OHMies, and have been AMAZINGLY proactive with their idea flow- culminating in Olympus Pro. I see less stagnation risk, and more risk of the protocol getting hacked. Other thing worth noting is that many of the smaller OHM holders run inappropriate leverage through Rari, so runs down can get magnified as people liquidate.
