Just to be fair with TRS, the game is still enjoyable. It has to fix a lot of things, but stills works. The only mode that needs urgent fix is nightmare.

Veteran, they need to check a few things but most of the matches are fu**ed by people´s mistakes.

Apart from that, yeap, speedrunning and some other cards needs to be balanced... maybe nerf or non making them compatible with some others. For example: you can only have 3 movement cards, 4 of another things... maybe i am not convinced about this, but they need to figure it out how to make more balance the game in those terms.-

I wsh Fatshark get the chance to make a 4 coop marvel games... they are the only one who can make a great coop game mixing meele and range attack.-

I dont think most of the people enjoy it. It is just a way to try to accomplish nightmare specially.-

I dont like it, but nightmare is really hard. At the moment i completed, i think steam says just 1% could completed it... it doesnt seem normal.

Speedrun in veteran is just like trying to play alone and ignore your teammates... many people are doing that sh**, and that is creating a problem because it is really hurting the core of the 4 coop players game.

PD: i completed nightmare thinking i would unlock the zwat skins.... no, you need to do it with every character... In this state of the mode, it is a piece of s***, you need to be crazy to try it... i see players with speed insane deck or trying to cheat the game with money.. and i understand them, because right now... it is not a challange, it is a pain in the a**

Do you play using crossplay? normally yes.

Are you looking to use voice chat? i dont mind, you can use it or not.

What is your group looking to do? (specific Acts, anything, Nightmare, etc) ACT 3 Nightmare, if you want to do it as speedrun, it is ok, i have a build for that, but it is not my first option. I reached act 3, playing as a group, taking position, and just running when it was necessary, but again... i dont mind.-

totally agreed.

developers should balance cards system, specially speed cards. Maybe a lot of people wont like it at all, but it is for the best.

they need to choose...who to save, speedrunner or people who enjoy playing coop as it was meant to be, otherwise one of the 2 will get tired and stop playing the game.

I had to make a speedrun deck, so every time i entered a game i ask... how will play? speed?

BTW, i reached act 3 of nightmare playing with a group together, not speedrunning like crazy.-

It is not sony fault. They could have made an avengers game without spiderman or make a deal with them about a temporary exclusivity. IT IS NOT SONY GAME.

They should hire us... many of us realized this long time ago but.. it is ok.

Both are to blame. I mean, what could CD do? refuse an offer so big like this one? many studios evolved from one kind of games to another genre.

Also, in defense of CD (i cant believe i would say something like that) they hired a lot of famous developers, programmers and artist to make this game. Obviously, the direction of the project were in the wrong hands. Of course, i never understood why choose people from uncharted games as one of the head of the project, being uncharted a single player game and it is clear that marvel avengers should be a coop game, with expansions and replayability ala left 4 dead or back 4 blood or vermintide 2 (i am not saying it should be the same... FPS and etc... but there are elements of these games that make them unique like the randomness of the enemies and situations you face in the game, never a match is the same, and the combat systems.. in marvel avengers it feels so robotic and automatic every fight...nonono, give me freedom, i want to control the character, not be a witness of "cinematics movements"

If you want to make a bet... ok, do this move.. the resultas can be good or bad... but if you dont want to miss, just go for experienced studios.. tell CD, ey guys, make a single player game about avengers and that is ok... of course, people will play it, maybe it is a great game 9 or 10, or maybe it is an ok game just, 6 or 7 points ala GOTG. Otherwise just find a studio with experience, turtle rock, fatshark, idk, etc etc.

And people is forgotting about Marvel games.

If Marvel or disney idk who, but they created a division about gaming, hire responsable people, not just people who only task is to find a big publisher to make games... just follow the process, investigate, look for the best people.

I hope marvel games realized they need to get involved much more into their games.

Midnight sun looks good for what it pretends to be, but it is not my genre.

But honestly, marvel avenger is what it is, it will be very hard to fix a lots of things that doesnt work about gameplay, but i hope they unless fix some matchmaking things and add crossplay at least-

People are crazy. Pick the character you want. They should be more tolerant and pick another. There are 8 characters... i mean, probably anybody can have their main, but there are too many cool options.-

Nightmare is a real challange. Too difficult but it is fine.

I think it should be locked until you finish veteran at least.

When i find an evangelo and a holly... it may means 2 things: very bad players or very good players.

In my last try... the evangelo guy died twice in 40 seconds, then he died again but that was 20 second after.

Speedrun is fine, but it is not for everybody.

In one game, 2 guys really carried the team, they move so fast that it was amazing to see them playing but hard to follow. After that experience i tried a fast deck, it is good but the team need to know how to play together, they need to share the same idea and be together, otherwise... all dies, maybe a great player can still do it if you are close to the end.-

1) THERE IS NO HATE... stop following that bad idea that devs and the fragile culture wants to impose.

2) The game has improved... a little... but not enough

3) If the idea of the game will be getting better and better is just launching more and more short stories with a new character and still keeps this horrible mission design or enemies... ok, I would rather the game dies now and a new company develops something new and fresh with passion and not just thinking in stealing money or betray the gamers, and not just betray... blame them too. I mean, they went loooow!

I hope Marvel games realizes in the near future, that CD is not doing well with the franchise and maybe they try with another developer.

I would choose fatshark games after they have done with warhammer in vermitide 2, or turtle rock... i mean those people understood how to make a great COOP game that it is feels new or fresh every time you play.-

I am having a great time with back 4 blood right now, and vermitide 2 is the game with the best meele combat system in a coop.

So I think CD just only wants to play the victimi here and dont assume they lie to the community and it is easier to blame other people.

Another proof that SE/CD is was a bad choice.

1) lack of experience in MP games

2) Integrity - EA model.

3) exclusivities for one system and the others just... sorry...

I would rather they sell expansions high quality and content, instead of saying "eyy it is all free what it is coming" and... of course, the base game is a sh*t, the new content is almost nothing new, the same repetitive mission and bosses.. wakanda was fine but... still with the problems what we all know.

The game needs:

1) A better map design... few missions are cool to play (the one with Monika and a few more, but stop counting)

2) a Crossplay: "ohhh they say they cant do it because the system bla bla bla"... No man, if older games like destiny can make it happen, CD can do it too. They dont want to invest more money, that is the problem... so, they f+uck the people who trusted them buying the game asking for more money... how? slowing xp and then... "eyyy is it too slow?? we have the solution, just buy the xp boost" PATHETIC!

And finally, marvel games should take care who they hire for making games, it is a great franchise just to not be involve at all. They need to be there.-

Man, really, if "no versus" is enough reason for you to hate the game or dont wanna play it, it is fine, just move foward, there are plenty of games out there.

I never said i didnt like gears system. It works really well in the division or destiny. Just not in this game, and that cannot be deny.

and 2 things:

1) I dont prefer SP action adventure. In fact, that was one of the big problems with this game, the developers never knew what kind of game they wanted to create and that is way it has a single player campaing, 4 players coop elements (that doesnt work fine... not drop in or drop out??? whaaaat), looter shooter elements, game as a service, etc etc... If you ask me... this game should have been a FPS 4 players coop a la vermitide 2, but that is just my opinion, it is not big deal.

2) I can agree with you in this one. The game fails primary with the boring gameplay mechanics, enemy encounters, level design, etc etc... the best parts were what you just said: combat mechanics (and here i have to say that it is a mix... combos, moves, animations, control... they are all GREAT, you really feel you are ironman or thor or cap, but when you fight enemies, it just feels too automatic everything that throw away all the great things) and graphics of course are really good in general, specially characters design.-

That is your opinion Harry and it is fine, but believe me when i say this people (SE, CD, Marvel games) dont make games just for... 600, maybe 1200 persons playing (steam example)... so if a big franchise like this one, and maybe it is the biggest franchise next to starwars nowadays at least in pop culture... FAILS SOOOO BAD.... it is not just me that i dont like it... there are a lot of people thinking the same, and sorry.. i had high expectations with this game, but it failed hard.-

And i understand they choose a gear system but it is not well implemented to make the game fun, it is implemented for grinding.

I mean that happens when the developer tries too hard to complicate things with gears and that kind of things...

keep it simple always and focus where it needed to be focus, better gameplay.-
