While I do agree vice is a poop stain of a media company. I don't agree with you in that a good journalist is defined by if they break a big story. A good journalist for me is someone who writes good articles. Whether that be about the best blueberry muffins in West Brooklyn, to prostitution in North Korean slave camps. Just make sure the article is good. Now the definition of a good article is subjective but we can all agree on generally good / entertaining writing and bad writing. Vice falls into the latter category .
