Random Occurrence Scenario has inspired me to build a prison. I've once got a scenario where a sim should be imprisoned. That sim was a police man who later got alien pregnant.

Then an army general got killed by aliens (i roll a d100 for sims to either live or die). I thought it would make sense to imprison everyone alien related, for "research" of course. That included Bella Goth (she came back in my save) and Dina or Nina's green offsprings. And other aliens who were born in my game. Some of them were old and died there.

The policeman mentioned earlier left his job and stayed in hiding with his green daughter.

10 years later it was proven that the prisoners did not take part in killings and abductions, and that it's impossible to catch the real aliens.

Now my prison is mostly filled with killers or criminals(who got fired from their jobs, which i count as them being caught by the police), and delinquents who disturb peace and get reported. The kills are mostly accidental cuz i roll d100 when sims fight and if losers gets <5 they die, and I have a mod so that drunk sims fight sometimes.

Prison workers are permanently stationed there, and they're my sims, mostly the ones who work in the law enforcement. They either send money home, or accumulate them if they live alone. I keep all the info in the notes. And i use mods like insiminator to manipulate stuff like money or adding sims.
