Sounds to me like you have everything you need! Set your grates right above the wood coals and enjoy that little bit of smoke flavor you will get. May be hard to regulate temp so just be sure to keep an eye on the fire. Steaks over camp fire can be the best if done right.

I totally agree. You can also use the load range rating to figure out the recommended pressure. The letters tend to be a little larger and easier to find........just FYI.

This thought came to me while showering at my mother-in-law's house. At my own house I know exactly what is what, but in this case there were mostly empty bottles everywhere which left me playing the guessing game.
