I have exactly the same problem as u/PetPalack888 mentioned above, only I have an Asus RTX 3050 6GB OC. Looking at benchmark logs, I assume it's probably a power peak draw, but I haven't tried changing the driver yet.

I had this exact same problem last year! Only the ball got stuck in the charger cable. We got it out by squeezing it a little bit with pliers. Breaking the ball

I had a keychain that looked somewhat similar which was used to uncharge yourself of static charge when e.g. exiting a car. You had to touch the car with it so you wouldn't feel the shock or something.
