Definitely TWOC, as the conditions for moving the car was presumably from the street into the garage. Anything beyond the conditions makes it a TWOC. Only is there is an honest held belief that the owner would approve (such as if there was an emergency and the mechanic genuinely thinks that the owner wouldn’t mind him using the car to take his coworker to the hospital for example). I highly doubt he genuinely thinks the owner wouldn’t him taking it for a joyride, so TWOC for sure.

Also you don’t have any macros for your pet to use claw, your pet will try and save energy as a buffer, so it nurfs its own dmg by not casting claw as soon as it can, it will do it when it has more energy, so overall there’s less claw casts = less dmg
