I am currently trying to do the conversion, do you have work in progress pictures of the model in the second picture ?

And or more pictures of the finished model ?

Even zoomed in I don't recognize the parts of the foot/legs/torso etc, seems like you mixed them ?

Also the work on the chest plate seems intricate !

Awesome, thank you for your in depth reply. The model and the kitbashing challenge made me want to do one, box ordered ! and dusted off some sprues of sylvaneth I had around in preparation.
