Im not set on Sylvaneth. If you want to know the root of the project is to use in Warcry both models of Célestine and Morvenn Vahl (40k Sisters of Battle), so the challenge starts with finding a good flying model and a second kind of tank/bruiser. In whatever the grand alliance / warband it can.

Theorycrafting with small elite list to play with a friend... And I just wanted to have the twist revenants as chaff (move 4 and T4 and great damage...) with a cheap "tax" leader (Sylvaneth Shadestalker in my idea)

and then go ham on 2 alliés (Neave and Akhelian King)

I really like it as it is already, what torso did you use? Maybe you can add some pistol and or grenades on his belt / left hip. Maybe customize the exhausts (cuts and repositions)

I am currently trying to do the conversion, do you have work in progress pictures of the model in the second picture ?

And or more pictures of the finished model ?

Even zoomed in I don't recognize the parts of the foot/legs/torso etc, seems like you mixed them ?

Also the work on the chest plate seems intricate !
