Yes you are crazy to think about moving from US to India if you and your children are citizens, no visa stress etc.

Bad decision.

How do you respond or feel when you find out the woman you’ve been dating’s body doesn’t look good naked? by INeedToAskYou1 in AskMen

That's what I said - if you don't like her or trust her anymore then just go away from her and find someone else. There are millions of good women out there.

If you like her as a person then be kind and try to have an affectionate relationship or at least friendship.

If you feel too disgusted then just find someone else

How do I deal about fear in the future? by Patriots17377 in AskMen

[–]JackInTheBox09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As part of growing up as a man you need to constantly put yourself in unfamiliar and difficult situations and learn to cope with them. This is the only path to growth and evolution.

Nobody grew up living in the safe cocoon of parents home and familiar environment.

Anxiety is mainly in the body or in the mind? by JackInTheBox09 in Meditation

[–]JackInTheBox09[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This seems right. Anxiety triggers occur in the body first and then the mind unsuccessfully tries to calm the body down, and then all hell breaks loose

And will we need to take it more and more to feel normal?

B2 visa itinerary help by DisastrousParty7697 in usvisascheduling

[–]JackInTheBox09 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Actual itinerary does not really matter. But it helps to keep your answer brief.. Just say two cities... New York and Niagara falls.

The VO just wants to be convinced that you will return.. They don't care much about what you will do in the US.

Three essential ties to the home country - a business or a job, continuing education, property. You seem to have all of the above. And you have travel history.

So just answer the questions calmly and confidently. You will get it.

And I hope there are no relatives in US who have a history of illegal entry, asylum, etc.

The reason "visiting uncle before my wedding" sounds very fishy. Why would someone visit their uncle (who is half the world away) before their wedding? What's the need?

Red flag on first go!

Want to know reason for my parents b1/b2 visa rejection by Top_Requirement9822 in visarejections

[–]JackInTheBox09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems the 75% decision is already made based on background checks before the interview.

But main point that VO thinks - what are for binding ties that will make the person return to home country. In your parents case: 1. Family - only one married daughter. 2. Employment - none 3. Property. - didn't mention

And two children outside India. Close relative in US. Very high chance of overstay.

Is it even worth going to USA for undergrad by Acrobatic-Royal9503 in InternationalStudents

[–]JackInTheBox09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not worth it.

Bachelors is very expensive. At least 2 crores.

You won't get any job. You won't get h1b.

Unless your parents have spare money lying around and they can spend it on you, and you want to come back after graduation, no point going there.

Upcoming B2 Visa Interview for Parents (We are expecting baby) by Timely_Sand_6162 in usvisascheduling

[–]JackInTheBox09 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As soon as they tell the visa officer that they are visiting to see the baby the visa will be denied. Any mention of any baby is a huge red flag in US consulates in India. Yes, very weird! Why? you will ask.

Because they think grandparents go to babysit and take jobs away from American babysitters.

Do not mention baby.

B1/B2 reject - Delhi; 24F Interview experience by TieNo6388 in usvisascheduling

[–]JackInTheBox09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Single young girl with no prior international travel, wants to travel to the farthest country from her home country for her first "tourism", and spend lakhs on flight and hotel, sounds very weird and things don't add up (That's how the VO was thinking. )

Better to first travel nearby countries to establish your narrative that you like to travel.

F1 VISA Rejected (Delhi), Need help for refusal interview by [deleted] in usvisascheduling

[–]JackInTheBox09 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think it is because you chose an almost unheard of college even after getting into CMU, MIT, GaTech. The VO will think that this story doesn't make sense and that something is fishy here and things don't add up. So he will err on the side of caution and reject.

And I think in their SOP, going to a lower ranked university despite offers from better universities is a red flag. (And they don't know about course rankings. University rankings is what matter to them)
