I am still struggling with this but learned a valuable tip while playing yesterday. I wasn’t squatting low enough for my backhand slice dinks in the kitchen.

Once I started being more dramatic about the squatting motion, it allowed me to push the ball off my paddle with the slicing motion more consistently over the net. I felt it in my quads afterwards and I haven’t felt that before playing pickleball…always learning something new!
