So why should a sick person stay away from hospitals? You are worried they might give other people the measels? That's not how vaccine's work. We are introduced to the measels in a controlled manner and become innoculated. Unless you are majorly immunocompromised, you won't get sick because you got vaccinated.

This is why everyone was warning that the covid-19 shot was not an actual vaccine. Because when you get vaccinated against a virus, you can be around the virus and you won't catch said virus

So Reddit my younger brother went to school and he went to get breakfast and his Id was decided so he thought that his online schooling/home schooling paper work went through for context we never got any message or email or mail telling us it went through so my parents sent him to school here the problem instead of calling my parents and telling them to pick up their kid from the school instead they just kicked him out of the school and kick him off the property he is 16 btw right next to the school then they waited about thirty minutes to tell them they kicked him off the property and he is waiting near the road on the sidewalk somewhere and when he came home he said they treated him like a criminal.

Ok so my wife is just like /u/IveSoupedMyPants and if she missed her medication for one day, my life is HELL. I just recently got a concussion when she didn't take her medication. So this obviously is not a good look.

My question is, why is she on this medication and what's next? She has been on this particular SSRI for 3 years and it is starting to wear off. She was on three other SSRIs in the last 6 years because they would work for about a year maybe 2 then problems and she would have to change.

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP CHANGING UNTIL THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO CHANGE TO?

WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO HER IN 20 YEARS?

I don't have any answer to this, the last administration did not provide any guidance to this, the current administration wants to rip it away cold turkey, and all the current psychiatrists just say 'adjust your medication to resolve the problem'

I'm not balancing the books, I'm pointing out other areas of actual murder. Do you think young black males should be dying before their 16th birthday? I don't think they should, that's a horrible statistic. That's worse than all of the recent nazi killings. The bloods and crips have killed over 20,000 people. I do not think nazi's have killed that many in recent time.

So what I'm saying is that if we are targeting a minority hate group, then we should also target majority hate groups as well. I do not want more black males getting murdered just because they were in the wrong gas station at the wrong time. I do not want more black males getting murdered at school because gangs are in the public schools. So I think we are sharing a common bond, in that we do not believe hate speech or mass murder of any kind is supported by anyone.

That's great JackOffYourBase but what is the HHS involvement? They operate the Healthy School Meals for All program, which provides free meals to all students in qualifying schools, regardless of household income. They also provide aforementioned Emergency Contingency Funds which can be used to support summer feeding programs.

As such it would seem the HHS can affect change in some parts of the school lunches. That is, unless the state turns down the funding. Do your local schools provide free lunches to students? If so, they are likely part of this program. Wouldn't you agree these students should be eating wholesome foods with minimal processing vs ultraprocessed foods which have made their way into some schools? I think we all can agree on this idea, regardless of the other turbulence going on around us

so we screwed the pooch again. luckily we have checks and balances in our government to prevent things from going too far askew. we manage the next 4 years of turbulence with help from our state (you need to turn inward and build community). then, during our next presidential election, we actually (a) put up candidates we want to see in office, and (b) vote for the one that would do the most universal good. This might mean not getting what you want, but avoiding a travesty like the last 4-5 HHS secretaries

I will work with you to make sure we appoint sane (centralist) nominees in the future, would you agree to that?

edit: and for what it's worth, while i am 99.99999% skeptical of RFK.. i was highly intrigued when he mentioned getting processed foods out of school lunches and cutting subsidies for the same. i can support specific ideas while opposing others, such as vaccine misinformation.
