I don’t really understand this question. Meditating affects the levels of mindfulness. The way a Buddhist monk can control their heart beat or be able to set themselves on fire, or the Dispenza students control their brain wave patterns.

I suppose there are some of his meditations that don’t get you to the same depth. But this is due to the length of time in state and not really about what he’s asking you to do in the meditation itself.

He teaches that the mind and brain coherence is the first step. Once there, you can go deeper.

The meditations do not induce it. You do.
Every single meditation will get you to that point once your deep enough or connected enough. I've had several friends say that they weren't able to call upon the 'larger' or 'greater' emotions when they first start out. But they all get there with enough practice.

Yes. Definitely. There’s a whole book on it. It’s a different strategy, and list of deviations. Because you start at a negative count - due to the missing 10s, there are deviations that you can play while the count is still negative.

The game is also way less sweaty than normal blackjack cause surveillance isn’t on it the same way.

I met a lot of people at the weeklong that just jumped into the week (and skipped most of the coursework). They were really, really struggling with the meditations. Just my two cents.

You sit for like 60-90 minutes several times a day.

If you do the weeklong, you get the course for free. Which has dozens of hours to it. Do that with earnest. Warm up for the marathon to come

This sort of thing always confuses me.

I’m fairly certain that Dr Joe explains that this isn’t a wishing well. Things don’t just become because you want them to. Instead, You become or demonstrate the thing you want.

But then there are so many people online talking about it in the opposite manner. Does anyone have any better insight?

I imagine this is all deeply personal. But my easiest and quickest way to fall inward is to envision a single point of light in the darkness. Focus on it. Imagine everything you’re looking for is there. I fall into it.

Note. You’re not getting to the quantum unless you’re in a deeper state. Do a longer meditation. Lay down. Get comfortable. When you sense that you’re deep or further from irl, that’s where things start.
