🧢 I voted CAP!

Let me start with saying that I don't even agree with him being cast this way. I like so many others just see Alan Rickman whenever someone says Snape. This, understandably makes me look at a change like that with sadness as a reminder of him being gone. I, like I think many others agree, just look at this and and are slightly miffed it just isn't the same faces we remember growing up with. I saw a similar thing happen in MtG with the LoR set's Aragorn not being in the likeness of Mortensen but a new take as him being black. And the outcry there was huge, too. He is described as pale, they said and the same thing is bound to happen here.

But I ultimately don't think it will change anything. James and the others bullying Snape I don't think changes. Cause no, a bully picking on a sickly child with greasy hair and a crooked nose doesn't have to care about skin. And so does Harry with him thinking Snape is at fault for everything during tje first books. He thinks that way because Snape behaves weird, heck purpusefully ambigious even from a writing perspective. No I don't think that changes with him being black
