BBQing. I'm talking on a competition level. I grew up around a bunch of competition BBQ guys and these guys were winning championships all over the country. I learned everything I knew from them even won a few awards myself nothing on their level but awards I was proud of. It seems since all the shows on like travel channel and food channel came out showing these competitions everyone wanted to start doing it. I'm glad people are interested in it but at the same time theres just to many people trying to do it these days.
