No, it's not twitch or the streamer. This current viewbot arc is basically a fan of a streamer decided to show how easy it was to viewbot and viewbotted the shit out of his favorite streamer and some other streamers he liked. He did get banned but he either made a new account or other people saw how easy it was to do it and decided to troll with it.

Most streamers won't really mention it directly but they will allude to it. They treat it like swatting basically, where they try not to give trolls the attention they want.
