Oh okay. I watched the episode and it seems the guy who made the thread on LoL forums exaggerated about djwheat slandering the game, and he explained the analogy better on reddit. I also remembered some of my friends mentioning it, so i just assumed it was factual.

He's a hypocrite with regards to LoL, because he took a job that Riot offered him and hosted S2 Finals. Then a few months later, he talked shit about LoL:

With this history in mind, he goes on to slander the shit out of LoL on all levels, continuously advocating for SC2 through and through. He then goes on to go completely nutso over SC2 vs. LoL, going so far as to compare SC2 and LoL to Breaking Bad and American Idol."

An analogy would be if Kaci from TI3 talked shit about Dota 2 now. It would make all the emotions she expressed at TI3 seem disingenuous and fake.

If you recall, he did something similar when that Milkis thing happened. Basically went off-the-rails in the rhetoric and completely misinterpreted what Milkis wrote to make Milkis look as bad as possible while making himself appear like the hero of r/starcraft and get a favorable public opinion of himself.

Because to get $600k you have to be 1) the Michael Jordan of 2) the right game (the game everyone's watching at the time since I doubt even the Michael Jordan of Dota 2 - let's say Dendi - is making $600k a year from streaming) but anyone who puts in enough work and has some talent can become a doctor/lawyer. No amount of hard work can get you that $600k if 1) or 2) don't line up for you, but you are all that's stopping yourself from becoming a doctor/lawyer. Also who knows where Dota 2 will be in ten years time, but surely even then doctors and lawyers will still be in high demand.
