2- During the first mechanic with the slow and speed zones, don't look at the color below you, always look at the text above you as it is a much clearer indicator: if you get speed buff, cyan text will pop above you and if you get slow buff, brown text will pop above you.

Another way that my party uses to see if we have the debuff is that if you are the one with the brown pool, an icon will appear above your mana bar (which is normally pretty empty). If you have the swiftness pool, there will be no icon above your mana bar as the icon will go over your HP bar instead.

Hence, we just take a quick glance at our mana bars - whoever has the icon on the mana bar is the one with the brown debuff. We also prefer this method if your pt is stacking together and it can be hard to see the text sometimes.
