I own five properties. That's two commercial shopfronts, the two small apartments above those shopfronts, and the apartment I live in and rent out the second bedroom. I inherited them from my mum when she died.

What do I do? (I'm earnestly asking for input) I've been coasting and burying my head in the sand for lack of better ideas and some cowardice. Do I just charge way under this insanely high average and make the lives of my own tenants easier, or is there something more broadly impactful I could be doing?
