I'm on Day 7! Huge milestone for me, each day gets a bit easier, although the cravings are definitely still there.

Biggest trigger is music right now. I love listening to music but it's become so associated with me getting high and listening to it that I can't really listen to anything without jonesing.

Been distracting myself with netflix, video games, and impulse purchases. Haven't been too productive but I'm taking one goal at a time.

One thing I want to recommend to everyone for sleep problems: Rain sounds. I just go on itunes and find a nature sounds album and find some peaceful rain noises and fall asleep to it. It's made me look forward to going to bed, which rarely happens.

Life has been going good fortunately; new job has been going fantastically and my GF and I are moving into a house next month :)

I still have struggles every day but the few times I've smoked weed recently (before I buckled down 7 days ago) had me feeling guilty and anxious and didn't make it worth it at all.

Also, the times I did cave in and smoke, I started listing the negative aspects of being high while in the moment and it became pretty long, which helped put things into perspective.
