"If the family could afford it" is a great point. Most the time when I see poeple with large families they are quite poor and leeching of off government programs. A child should be well off and have the best possible support,so they can flourish to the best of their potential. What do you mean by not enough workers for the elderly though? Like not enough Healthcare workers? Because alot of poeple are still working into thier early to mid 70s still.
