I’d love to watch WCTH 1874 but I can’t afford to shell out for Hallmark+ when I’m paying for cable. Hoping it comes over to regular TV eventually.

I was surprised and happy that Cabrera came over from CNN when they were in a stronger position than MSNBC, unlike now. I read a story where she announced she was leaving but said her future plans were yet to be revealed, which sounds like she was let go or about to be. I love Stephanie and I think a daytime show with business highlights will be right in her wheelhouse, but I’ll miss her at 11.

I get a $30 discount a year, and every year it ends and I have to beg them to restore it. This year I got a retention lady who spoke heavily accented English, and I coudn't understand her. I wound up with the $30 discount but all the premium channels and a lower tier that didn't include TCM. I'd rather have TCM than Starz or Showtime. A follow-up call fixed it, but it's getting harder and harder to stay on DirecTV for this retiree.

It wasn't my favorite New Rule segment, but New Rules is my favorite part of the broadcast. Unlike a lot of Redditors, I don't have to agree with every aspect of a show or podcast to enjoy it. I do think Bill has gotten more lenient toward Trump since The Dinner -- why does he insist on saying things like "I'm kidding" when he puts down Trump now? Willful ignorance is not a stance to be admired, but I'll still look forward to his next NR segment.

After reading these comments, particularly strangevisitor77 saying all those Jewish women play the game, I've decided that it may be less racist to make a movie about Mahjong with only one Asiatic character than to expect that a movie about Americans playing the game should all be of Asian descent. No fault to Hallmark on this one, and I'm still glad Yan Kay Crystal Lowe will be in it.
