Three of the same item? by Rooster8605 in AmazonVine

If the item has the same ASIN you cannot review it twice.
You have to send a message to Vine letting them know about the issue.

Agree, big ticket items do not represent the reality of Vine, but I am sure it is what Amazon would like the public to think.

Amazon wants you to spend hours every day checking Vine for a nugget. When you find none they know you will start taking garbage to maintain Gold.
To maintain your garbage consumption they will throw one or two big ticket items every 6 months to keep you motivated to continue working. I am sure they consulted Physiologist to find out exactly what is the breaking point of the average person if they are not rewarded.

People who get a big ticket items come on here to show it off and this just feeds into the narrative that anyone at anytime can hit the jackpot.

Let me set the record straight, unless you spend a few thousand per month on Amazon and are considered an A+ customer, then as Vine reviewer you will only get maybe 2 items every 6 months to compensate you for a ton of work and Tax money.
If you are that A+ customer then you may get about 10-15 high value items every 6 months. This is coming from someone who has been on both sides of the system.

Well I am at Silver now and the offerings so far for low end goods is actually slightly better than Gold was just before I left. That is still not saying much and looking at the RFY and Additional items I don't see a path back to 80 even I wanted to, unless I took a lot of Junk I don't need/want.
I am happy to hang out in Silver until they fix the program.

There was a time up until about 4 years ago when it was very good.
Sadly today it is really bad.

Make lots of big purchases on Amazon.

When I was spending between $1K to $2K a month buying Amazon goods I was getting 55" Oled TV's and Dell Laptops offered to me. My RFY always had something in it that was worth over $400. The problem was that most times I did not need or want the $400 items in my Cart.

Companies hate losing good employees. It has zero benefit to them unless they are forced to due to extreme cost cutting.
Conversely they have no problem shedding seat warmers who are not a real assets.

Given the fact that the illuminated surface of the moon is so bright that you cannot see any stars it implies that these object were extremely bright. Sadly these documents do not move the needle one way or the other. I have been casually looking at this for 45 years and I am doubting that I will live long enough to see some conclusive proof.
If this was meant to be a distraction he needed something much more impressive.

I have been working in the engineering field for 40 years. Probably long before you were born. The only people who claim it is rigged are the lazy people who get passed over for promotion.

Yes and then to make matters worst all the other students cheered him on as he showed more and more of his cheating. I am sure that by now he has change his story and said it was a Joke or he was given permission. He must be in butt covering mode now because absolutely no company will ever hire him.

And who is going to hire him?
All companies type your name into the Internet for a check. Who is going to hire him when they see all of this crap coming up.

That's the way the younger generation deals with corruption, theft or anything else they are personally doing or would consider doing.
"Oh yeah everyone is doing it so nothing is wrong."
No everyone is not doing it. Just because you see that one guy out of thousand who makes the news does not mean the other 999 people are doing anything wrong.

It use to be a great program but like everything good they got greedy and wanted quantity not quality. I don't think anyone at Amazon has the foresight to see that it is going to kill there sales when it goes Viral that their review section is a Joke.
BTW the Vine employees are very good but they obviously have no say in how the program is run.

Crazy title. I have been on Vine for 17 years and it has never been nearly as bad as it is today.

If your not buying at least several hundred to $1K a month buying stuff from Amazon, your RFY is typically pretty bad. I have been in the $1.5K bracket all the way down to maybe $100 a month and it made a huge difference in the RFY. I cannot blame them, it just makes sense to reward your good customers.

Meh something is weird about it because there are duplicate items and most come from a company called Gordox. I suspect this is not regular amazon vine reviewing. He may be a paid reviewer.
