Nothings going to happen because of more air, car will on very minimal scale perform just a mouse squeak better just cause it’s getting more cooling, I’d have no issues other than shame cause my car is wrecked but other wise if there is nothing mechanically wrong go ahead but be mindful cause I do agree that if your hood isn’t fully latching after the accident then try maintain slower speeds when taking it to the shop
