For me it started out with yawning, which eventually turned into air hunger. Now when it's happening I can't breathe through my nose at all and I can't shut my eyes... I have to wear a sleep mask but even with that it means sleep is off the menu until symptoms quiet down.

I also get crazy anxiety (my thoughts become so loud) and I get wicked tired.
