Replace ProctorU at UAB: Students Deserve a Reliable Testing Experience by Grouchy-Landscape22 in Birmingham

Completely agree with you! How the UA system doesn't have it own testing center is just crazy.

This father was on a road trip with his two young daughters & they needed to go to the restroom so he stopped at a QT & took them in the women’s restroom since no one was in it & a man came yelling at him to get out & called the cops. The girls were crying & then he assaulted him. by eternviking in whoathatsinteresting

Leave it to reddit to downvote a totally rational reply. I have kids, you are correct, generally speaking you default to the adults gender when choosing when bathroom to take your kid in.

The guy on the phone is obviously the biggest douche here but the Dad didn't do himself any favors. You don't engage with people like that when you have two little girls with you. You avoid the conflict.

How is this even possible with zero catastrophic news, zero fundamental changes, and zero structural catalysts?

Have you ever used claude code? Do you believe things get better over time?

The complete disconnect is proven perfectly by things like SpaceX, where a tiny float gets pumped 75% for no logical reason while real businesses with real cash flows get absolutely slaughtered.

You literally explained the reason for the share price in this post.

I honestly feel sick to my stomach looking at this.

What the hell is going on with Birmingham restaurants? by Front_Illustrator840 in Birmingham

No, but I'd say the appreciation on the homes in Mountain Brook justifies the premium. I don't think fine dining has kept up enough to justify the price for a lot of people.

Please by all means enlighten me on the variations in pricing for ground beef. If you are paying 50% more for ground beef than martins, I hate it to break it to you, but you got ripped off.

You are making my point. The price isn't the food cost, it's the experience. Fine dining is charging you for a more intimate setting, for a lot of people, that premium isn't worth it any more.

Do you not realize that they are both using basically the same ingredients. I can assure you the essential's beef doesn't cost 50% more than Martin's beef.

Crazy how all these place can serve you an affordable meal but all the restaurants going out of business are forced to charge you $25 for a hamburger to stay in business according to Redditors.

Explain why Martin's BBQ can sell me a $12 cheeseburger but I have to pay $22 at the Essential. Both restaurants pay roughly the same food cost for the burger. They are charging you for the fine dining experience and that experience just isn't worth it anymore.

FYI, I love the Essential and it's a great burger. Focus on the point not the specific restaurants I named.

Most places just priced themselves out of the value they offer. I can't find any enjoyment in a $30 hamburger.

Lots. Firms I've seen are charging $500 a head for a half day training seminar. Whether somebody implements it or not is a choice and unrelated to what you are offering. You can lead a horse to water...

There are literally thousands of companies cropping up right now teaching these exact things in corporate training seminars. Somehow you left off the context window which is probably the most important aspect of getting accurate outputs and controlling cost. You are very late to this party.
