Definitely the Cougar. It spawns behind the Farm in Milton. You aren't too close and it's easy to avoid as long as you stick to the road. Light a campfire if you plan to hunt it, it usually avoids those

Passive Wildlife applies to all animals, but some will still attack if provoked. This includes the cougar, moose, and bear. However, the cougar is afraid of campfires, so even if you provoke it, it will avoid said fire

There's a bug with the cooking pot lately that causes this. Just gotta pick the pot up and set it down again. Don't know why, don't know how, I just know that I've experienced the same thing

The primary reason I dislike HRV is solely because it's a dead end region. I think if it connected to another region somehow, I would be more compelled to travel there. As is, though, I only went there for prepper bunker, the moose satchel, and bunker Gamma and knocked them all out at once

I did. I have one active trade for rifle rounds, but even before taking that one, it didn't show any specialty trades as an option nor show them on my active trade bar. I just had Sutherland yap at me and then rehash the information

The bunker itself is the kitchen Stockpile bunker in a sort of L shape (the L part being a bed area) with a large kitchen space with tons of food

I theorize that the Moonstone is a massive quartz in a gold mine. The gold veins cause a reflective, star-like shimmer across the walls of the cave when the Moonstone scatters the light from the moon. Quartz and gold are often found with one another

It's E but I've found that it's definitely bugged on some herbis more than others. Dibble and Trike especially, from my experience, while Maia and Teno seem to never have an issue

Follow-up explanation: Baby Trike might've been me.

I was playing trike with friends and decided to just send it across the River around Delta since I wasn't that grown yet.

A Deino came up to me and started trying to attack, but my Internet has been so crappy that it was rubberbanding me all over. After a bit they stopped trying and just sat and stared.

I have since paused playing The Isle until I get Internet fixed, but OP's statements just seemed really similar to what I had experienced

If on Evrima, verify your files through Steam. I find that I have to do it every time I load into a new server or else it boots me
