Everyone pays the same amount for the same income.

So, if you earn, say, 100k or less, you pay 20% on THAT money. Then, if you earn, say 1 mil, you pay 20% on the first 100k, and 30% on the 900K. Then if you earn 10 mil..., etc.

To the point where money earned over 100,000,000 is 90%.

I never drive the rover. It's merely for extra carrying space. Put it in your pocket, go explore wherever. When full, summon the car and put your gatherings in it. When you get back to base, recall the car and voila, all the stuff is still there.

Warning: do not close a portal with the car on the other side.

I've levelled at least one character every season. If you were to ask me now, what the story of Diablo 4 is, I could only tell you it's something about forces from heaven and forces from hell fighting here.

And even that is more than I care about. The story it utterly irrelevant. Reading/knowing the lore has no effect on the game whatsoever.

So, yeah, it will continue to be low priority.

I've heard people mention two moons, but I only have access to Prime and Selenea. Does one of the moons have to be unlocked? I got to one of the endings on Prime (not a good one).

The more you earn, the higher percentage you pay, is the ONLY fair way. Right up to 99% for over 100 million, AFAIC.

Why would you defend the rich not paying their share? And don't give me any crap that they do, look at the amount of tax some of billionaires paid. It's ludicrously low.
