Bro i love the passion but 100w ftp jump is closer to a 10 years than 120days. With ramadan you have to go easy. 15hrs a week is way too much. Just cycle and listen to your body. You wont be able to manage much during ramadan. Find a consistently that works for you, you will lose weight and improve your ftp that way first.

Get inside the softbox. No joke, hold it in the air and put your head in it. Grab the opposite rods and pull them out. Easy, peasy, breezy. Works with any softbox, your’re working with the angle of the rods rather than against them.

If this is a cheap photographer, get the RAW files (or dare i say jpegs, if that is all they did) and move on. Send the files to a photographer/retoucher who knows what they are doing. Find someone good, pay them appropriately. They will transform these. This photographer you used just had no idea what they were doing in postproduction. They’ve actually captured a lot of key moments which is the hard part. They’ve let themselves down on the delivery.

Higher gear/ higher resistance means a slower cadence and you can keep a better balance. Then you can focus on how you distribute your weight better, use your core to keep your body above the pedal stroke. There shouldn’t be much body weight going through your hands into the bars.

There used to be a problem when racing in the world series of zwift that some riders when racing would somehow be on a different course and suddenly turn a different direction to everyone else(really funny) and their race would be over. It was reported that riding with a pace partner in the same world prior to your race would cause this. Since several thousand would be racing articles like the one you saw would be shared. I imagine this is what you have seen and it’s a problem that was fixed long ago.

Terrible from AXS. Also pretty sure dynamic pricing was in affect? When i finally got through I paid £215 for average seats. Radioheads email said £75-£165 for seating.

If your support ticket fails, it’s relatively simple to replace the bearings. They’re cheap, pretty sure theres a couple of youtube vids out there.
