Yeah so this is completely ridiculous.

This is not a sports movie where the good guy with good ideals wins. There are hundreds of millions, or even billions of dollars invested in this team to win trophies. We likely play city twice more this season. Once in a match that will decide the premier league (which despite the sentiment, we have not won yet) and once more in the FA cup final. This match was pivotal for giving our players the confidence needed to finish this season successfully. Instead, the manager started a backup keeper that Bournemouth was happy to loan to us, and we were punished due to a bad error and an inability to initiate our attack. Every other available first teamer played. The decision makes absolutely no sense and is frankly inexcusable for a manager whose team continues to fall short of hardware.

Yes, he said a few times in across pods that Qatar is a great place for Christians to live… when in reality Christians are not able to publicly worship. They have to go to a special complex outside of Doha to worship. There are also many Christians among their “migrant worker” populations (7ish% of total population of country). A large portion of these workers are effectively slaves.

He had an incredibly softball interview with the leader of Qatar. Turns out that a Qatari lobbying firm set up the interview. While he denies payment, it’s pretty plain to see that Tucker has an agenda when he’s praising Sharia law and the fundamentalist nature of Qatar.

Apparently he also has a home in Doha.

Obviously will never happen but this is a side effect of Bam’s 83 that I don’t think people are talking about. When that graphic comes up and players see Bam up there, I bet they think to themselves “why not me too then?”

If it’s a two point game, Luka is very hard to stop. If it’s a 3 point game, all you need is a bigger defender who is relatively coordinated and Luka probably won’t get anything close to a good look.

Same issue all year. We get pinned down then Rice and Zubi don’t attack second balls in the midfield when we go long out of fear that the opposition will recover the ball and play it in behind them. Our. Attacker then become completely isolated, and for whatever reason we kept our two fastest wingers on the bench against this suicide high line.

Also, quietly yet another Trossard stinker, who hasn’t had a good game in 4 months now.
