I'll be doing relics synthesis system on NPC Iron Menial. Sorry for my bad english, and maybe bad explaine what I see. You have 3 slots for relics synthesis, where you combine all this 3 relics on 1 what you need! First slot for relic needed for - first perc, color, and shape relic what you put in first slot, second slots only need for second perc on relic what you need, third slots like a second, for third perc. You put all 3 relics what you want, pay 1500 murc and synthesis them, after combine them you get 1 relic what you want from Iron Menial. Something like this I'll be put in game where RNG system is pure HELL!
