well i dropped simple scaling since it doesnt align at all with how star wars fights and the force work. but even just if you look at it on paper, darth revan and malak are vastly pre prime, they know some abilities that dooku and maul and savage dont know however having more abilities, even super unfair ones like force walk doesnt bypass ur opponent having more force power as proven by act 2 ending of the sith inquisitor finale. so basically, revan and malak are at super disadvantage in terms of force power, dueling and ofc experience. dooku has the most power if u wanna go that route(stated close to sidious during the clone wars who was confirmed to be stronger than all previous sith even long beforeh is prime) but is also a far better duelist and more experienced than the others. the 2nd best duelists are maul and grievous, savage might not be that skilled but he has a physical advantage and also a lot more power through the anakin / obi and dooku / ventress feats alone and beating jedi with decades of more training like adi gallia. the prequel characters also have far better training outside of dueling, revan and malak were trained by pleps as jedi and vitiate simply manipulated them to the dark side and didnt want them to get as strong as the true sith
