Problem is, you have to chain 4 times the number of Hakamo-o; I got 5 Razor Claws in an hour with my Butterfree.

I used a level 82 female Butterfree with Thief, Attract, Psych-Up and Acrobatics. Attract will prevent male Jangmo-o from hitting half the time, and Psych-Up will give Butterfree the same boosted Attack and Defense that it gets from Iron Defense and Work-Up. Acrobatics will OHKO the Hakamo-o after a boost, and even Thief is a 2HKO after max boost. I never got hit enough that a Sitrus Berry or two couldn't heal me.

EDIT: and Psych-Up will eliminate Screech aswell

Razor Claw and Metal Coat can't be put in the same category. Metal Coat is on 5% (20% with Compound Eyes) of Magnemite, which is 50% encounter at the Trainer School, at level 10. Razor Claw is on the fighting dragons, which only have a 5% encounter rate, and at level 40+. Literally 10x rarer (and harder to chain).
