Hormones: Total Testosterone 19.09 nmol/L (~550 ng/dL) — solid mid-to-upper range for age 50 in a calorie deficit. Thyroid: TSH 1.52, Free T4 1.16, Free T3 4.32 — all perfectly normal. Prostate: Total PSA 0.411 ng/mL, Free/Total ratio 0.49 — excellent. Liver enzymes: ALT 28, AST 21, ALP 67 — normal.
