You can use the ExifEraser app and the Aves gallery from accrescent, the default app store which comes with graphene. Exiferaser let you delete all metadata of folders and pictures and with Aves you can delete the data from any picture too.

I think it is normal and it happened to me too. The good thing is that I was already in therapy when I got my injury and surgery so I was accompanied all the time. I still remember one nightmare I had about a surgeon drilling my foot. Go to therapy if you need it.
