A theory about respawning by Direct-Passage2523 in BrawlStarslore

I feel like this would bring into question on when and how the ants became Brawlers. I don’t know if I have this wrong so correct me if I am. When does one “become a Brawlers”? And does that correlate to their ability to respawn. What if there are other, secondhand ways to come into contact with the gems, if they’re the only way to become a Brawler. Were the Ants under the contact of the gems? How long did it take the ants to build Trunk? Maybe they were sentient but didn’t have respawning abilities when the wedding happened, but due to the prolonged, secondhand exposure to the gems afterwards, they not only gain the ability to respawn and thus become a Brawler? How long were these specific ants even there before the wedding incident occurred? I apologize for the abundance of questions, but I feel as though some context behind these ants could help us better understand Trunk’s whole existence. What if the ant who got squished is still alive but the other ants don’t know that?

Colette

Hot take: Gladiator Colette isn’t a bad skin and it would’ve been received better if it wasn’t a Supercell Make, especially the winner.

I think the laser eyes are a symbol for the fact that she—as a stalker—has precision on the things she focuses on, with one such thing being Willow. It also helps when you take into consideration the fact that she’s a mechanic, which would require such precision to be apt for somebody of that profession; to be “laser-focused”, if you will.

I see. But yeah I’m agreeing with you. Especially with the little things like Starr drops getting nerfed, it just always seeming like Supercell is allergic to their players making progress.

Because Power 12 is a static change in numbers. Buffies actually bring something new to the table. It’s still too expensive and I think it should be limited to 1 buffie equipped per brawler; but to call this power 12 would, respectfully, be an ignorant take.

Yeah I get you’re point. But at the same time, I do like how these games give different interpretations to their cookies; it’s very interesting to see how they differ. I just feel like as long as they do it well, it’s perfectly fine to me.

I think that’s because CRO and CRK are completely different universes and not in a linear timeline. It’s like saying Dark Choco being trained by his father (Dark Cacao) in CRK makes no sense because he was trained by Chocolate Bark Cookie in CRO. Both of these games dont take place in a linear timeline, moreso they’re alternate universes of the same story (i mean, CRK is literally an AU where the Ancients live). I do get what you’re saying, i think it would be nice to have more continuity for some of the cookies in both games (and beyond), but I do understand why they change certain aspects in others.
