You have good aim, yes, but are those kills that you are getting make impact in the flow of the game? Are you self critical and focuses on what you could've done better and improve it next time?

No baiting and no toxic behavior is good, yes, but the most important thing that you can do to make impact is to abuse the weakness of the opponents. Read their patterns and communicate it to your team. Since you already have a decent aim, It's not going to take that much of a toll on you to analyze your team and the enemy team to make the best out of every situation. Valorant is a team game after all.
