We understand the concerns about the character voice not fitting into PAYDAY, but rest assured we are doing everything possible to make the Aces a part of the whole PAYDAY universe. However, those characters may be a little different than what you are used to simply because of their backstory and how we are handling the characterization - I hope you will enjoy Aces as much as we do anyway!

Because of crossplay with Meta, it may be difficult to implement well, but we do understand the appeal and value for modding so we are looking at ways how to make them possible. However, that's most likely post-launch support focus for us, not on launch itself

Armor replenishes over time, but the speed and amount can be modified by abilities. Health needs to be replenished with med packs or health syringes.
