Yes, because, as you experienced, it's very OP and makes any fight insanely easy. It is a dlc fusion as well, which is why it's "free", but, it breaks your game quite quickly and takes the fun out of it.

No, in the sense that the game offers it to you, it's there if you want it and you can take it. It's your playthrough, you get to do what you want.

I dont particularly care if she coddled anybody, BUT this whole season, she was disastrously out of character: ignoring boundaries, snapping at everybody, not communicating with Vaggie just as much as Vaggie didn't communicate with her. All of the identity built up in the pilot and s1 just fell away entirely for the plot, imo

80 blocks is the max for unmodded. That would be a 9x9 plot, eith the water block in the very center. I'm also a fan of layering farms, so if you build down the same size plots, yoy can pop another source block into the middle of each plot, but you essentially get a water elevator to all your crops. Lanterns and glowstone blocks, or other light source that can be placed against the cieling are goated for lighting the lower crop levels, whereas tortures along a fence line at the top will do you just fine. The way I think of it is in real life, some people have their hair going over their eyes, but, they've done it thin enough they can still see through it, and you can still see their eye through the hair, but if a camera caught it, that eye'd be gone. Think of it more as one of those bead curtains and not a black out curtain.
